Our Story

When you have research-backed approaches handy, you can focus on what matters—encouraging young people to make healthy choices about their sexual and reproductive health. That’s why we create and curate easy-to-use resources to help you put essential research into practice.

These are resources for the real world.

We center the lived experiences of young people—their stories, their challenges, their triumphs. And we elevate the unique needs of young people who may be involved in the child welfare or juvenile justice systems, youth experiencing homelessness, and opportunity youth (youth who may be disconnected from school and work).

If your work touches the lives of young people, these resources are for you.

Bringing together

And the Research Alliance

Experts from across the country join the Activate collective to provide insights and guide resource development. The Research Alliance and Research Alliance Advisory Group include researchers, youth-supporting professionals who work in systems with youth, and youth. Read more.
